1. Introduction & Applicability
66bd ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online casino and sports betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 66bd website and all associated services.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each person is permitted only one 66bd account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is a clear violation of our policy. In such cases, all associated accounts may be suspended or closed and any accumulated bonuses may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
66bd reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension of deposits, withdrawals, or account services. A copy of your national ID card or passport may typically be requested for identity verification purposes.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Supported Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposits are generally processed instantly or within a short time.
3.3 Withdrawal Limits & Process
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour to your chosen method. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit.
3.4 Fraudulent Transactions
If evidence of fraudulent, deceptive, or suspicious transactions is found, 66bd reserves the right to suspend those transactions and investigate the associated account. Suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, with a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, a ৳1,200 bonus will be added, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses apply to a single eligible account only.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- Unused bonuses will be forfeited once they expire.
- 66bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If a withdrawal is made while an active bonus is on the account, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
4.4 VIP & Cashback Programme
66bd offers four VIP tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Progression to a higher tier depends on your play style and activity. Additional benefits and special offers are available at each tier.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Use of Gaming Services
All games and betting services available on 66bd are provided for entertainment purposes only. All games on our platform operate under a Fair Play policy and use verified technology. Users acknowledge that financial risk is inherent in gaming and betting.
5.2 Voided Bets & Technical Issues
If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, server issue, or disconnection, 66bd will make a decision based on the circumstances. 66bd reserves the right to void bets and refund staked amounts in exceptional situations.
5.3 Cheating & Misconduct
If any user attempts to gain an advantage through cheating, system exploitation, bots or automated software, or any other dishonest means, their account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.
5.4 Special Rules for Sports Betting
For sports betting, competition results are verified from third-party sources. If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or altered, 66bd's standard betting rules will apply to the relevant bet.
6. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
6.1 User Commitments
By using our platform, you confirm that:
- You are playing with your own funds and are not using anyone else's money.
- You are aware of the risks associated with betting and gaming.
- You will play responsibly and stay within your own financial limits.
- You are not an officer or employee of 66bd.
- All information you provide to us is accurate and you will keep it updated.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Harassing or threatening other users.
- Using 66bd's intellectual property or brand without authorisation.
6.3 Consequences of Account Closure
If prohibited activity is detected, 66bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account without notice. Any winnings or bonuses obtained through dishonest means will be forfeited. 66bd also reserves the right to take legal action against the offending party.
